Jason Green is a photographer based in eastern Oklahoma, drawn to landscape and street work that finds something worth looking at in places most people drive past.

He came to photography the long way around. Most of his life has been spent in IT and building things, and the camera started as the part of the day that wasn't a screen full of code. It stuck. The same instinct that makes a good system makes a good photo for him: pay attention, wait for the moment the pieces line up, then get out of the way.

His work leans toward the quiet stuff. Light doing something odd on a back road, a street scene that holds together for half a second, the kind of ordinary thing that turns into something else if you actually stop and look.
